- Is experienced in your trade and confident dealing professionally with clients
- Takes pride in delivering quality work and a high level of service
- Can adapt to different types of projects and enjoys variety
- Is happy to get stuck in and support other areas of the business when needed
- Can work independently but also enjoys sharing knowledge and working as part of a team
- Has the confidence and ability to lead others where required
- Brings a positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic
- Holds a full driver licence and the relevant trade qualifications/licences for your role
