Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Dubai
AED20-25K / up to £64K
Our Client is a well established surveying and project management organisation based out of Dubai. With a long history of working alongside the Real Estate Regulatory Agency and various private clients, the company continue to deliver excellence in all aspects of their operations throughout the UAE.
A Chartered Building Surveyor is now required to work alongside the Managing Director of the company.
The successful professional will be responsible for delivering a range of project management, property inspection and technical audits including:
• Project Management & Contract Administration
• D&B Management
• Project Monitoring and Construction Progress Inspections
• Property Inspections
• RERA Technical Audits & Reserve Fund Studies
• Reinstatement Cist Assessments / Insure Valuations
• Defect Analysis, Structural Surveys & Façade Inspections
• H&S Audits, Disabled Access Audits & Environmental Audits
• Area Measurement
My client is specifically hoping to attract European MRICS Building Surveyors capable of leading a team of 4 x APC candidates with a view to achieving Director level status within 1-2 years.
Our client offers a tax free remuneration package of AED20-25,000 per month (£51-64K per annum) and a genuine opportunity to work with a long established and highly respected Dubai based organisation.
