Vue.JS Developer
· 12 Months contract
· Start date is ASAP
· 100% remote – EU/UK Residents only
· €250 – €400 Euros per day (Depending on experience)
· 8 Hours per day 5 days per week.
This role is working for a German IoT business that specialise in smart products & technology.
On this specific project you will be working on a platform that is used within professional environments for large buildings for managing lighting.
This is a new project that has just kicked off and it has scope to be running for a minimum of 12 months. The project will require you to work on both mobile and web based platforms.
In this role you will:
· Develop intuitive web frontends for exciting IoT products in the fields of smart home, power tools, consumer electronics and lifestyle
· No fait accompli: Don't just choose your software yourself, but accompany your projects from the start and contribute your expertise
· Exchange ideas regularly in agile project and team meetings
· Assess whether UI / UX solutions fit and make pragmatic suggestions
· We live the Clean Code principles - participate in code reviews and implement software design standards such as KISS, DRY, YAGNI and SOLID
Skills Required:
· 5 years’ experience with JavaScript
· 2 years in Vue.js and Vuex
· Experience with Bootstrap
Experience Required:
• Strong software development background
• Expert knowledge of Javascript, Vue.js and similar front-end frameworks
• Experience of building complex, data-driven, component-based web applications
• Experience with varied software development architectures and methodologies
• Able to adapt quickly, with experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
