Mechanical Fitter

Salary: Up £20 per hour CIS

Start date: End of July, this is a going contract

Hours, Monday to Friday, day shifts – over 50 hours a week., Overtime time and half after 50 hours

Location: Mansfield

GI pro are looking for Mechanical Fitters for our client’s contract in Mansfield for an ongoing contract. This role will predominantly involve working across water treatment sites across the UK. Is working away then digs will be paid for but most of the work will involve travelling back to the Mansfield depot daily.

Job Description – Mechanical Fitter

Mechanical fitters ideally who have worked on water treatment sites

• Fitting brackets, Pipe, skillet work
• Working on compactors, grit rates and machined parts
• Working with Valves and pipework and pumps

Ideal candidate – Mechanical Fitter

• Must have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• The sites are based around chesterfield, Doncaster, and oxford, if they end up working away digs will be paid for
• CSCS Card
• Water card(Blue Card )
