- Working within a sheltered housing scheme
- Providing high quality administration support
- Managing customer enquiries
- Supporting rent and tenancy administration
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with all enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Providing reception cover
Essential requirements of the Housing Support Assistant:
- Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
