Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor to join a housing organisation on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will provide HR/People support across change management, recruitment and employee relations, supporting colleagues through an exciting period of organisational change.

Duties and Responsibilities of the People Services Advisor:

· Provide professional HR and People advice across a range of employee matters

· Support change management programmes, restructures and organisational change

· Assist with recruitment processes, talent management and successful appointments

· Provide advice and guidance on employee relations and relevant employment legislation

· Utilise HRIS and ATS systems to maintain accurate employee and recruitment records

· Build effective relationships with colleagues, managers and key stakeholders

· Support a positive colleague experience throughout periods of change

Essential Requirements of the People Services Advisor:

· Demonstrable experience within a People/HR Advisor role

· Experience of change management, restructures and/or mergers

· Knowledge of employee relations and relevant employment legislation

· Strong recruitment and talent management experience

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· IT literate with experience using HRIS and ATS systems

· CIPD qualified or working towards qualification is desirable
