We are currently working on behalf of a contractor, who has been servicing social housing clients for over 10 years. Hamilton Woods Associates are working alongside them to recruit for a team of x2 permanent Multi Skilled Plumbers to complete bathroom fitting on tenanted properties.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

• Working on tenanted domestic social housing properties
• Fitting full bathroom suites
• Providing work surrounding joinery, plumbing, tiling, painting and basic patch plastering
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety
• Providing first class customer service
• Maintaining van stock

Experience of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

• Previous experience within bathroom fitting and associated trades
• Full UK Driving License
• Experience working within the social housing sector would be advantageous
