Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Property Clearance Operative to clear out and clean void properties. No driving license is required.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Property Clearance Operative:

• Working in a team of 5 to clear out and clean void properties ready for new tenants
• Removing unwanted items such as furniture and household waste
• Carrying out loft and garden clearances
• Completing cleaning work before new tenants move in
