Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Groundsworker for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Groundsworker:

• Carrying out fencing, flagging and pointing
• Assisting other trades
• Work safely and professionally

• Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
• Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
• Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
• Updating PDA in real time on a job’s status

Requirements of the Groundsworker:

• UK Driving License
• Previous labouring experience
