Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a West Yorkshire housing association, that is looking for a permanent Lettings Officer to join their team to work across Leeds
Responsibilities of the Lettings Officer includes:
- Conducting pre-termination visits
- Completing tenancy termination procedures
- Assisting with the void property allocation process
- Carrying out viewings and sign ups
- Marketing void properties
Requirements of the Lettings Officer includes:
- UK Driving License and the access to a vehicle
