Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative’s to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Operative:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Carry out first and second fix joinery
• Undertake basic plumbing
• Complete patch plastering
• Complete tiling

Essential Experience of the Multi Skilled Operative:

• Full UK Driving Licence (No more than 6 points) 
• Enhanced DBS or Basic DBS pref.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
