Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Social Housing provider in Old Trafford, to recruit to a Repairs Planner on a permanent basis. 

Home working will be available 3 days a week, with office working for the other 2.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner include:

• Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule gas repair work
• Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
• Re-booking in cancelled appointments
• Managing all associated administration
