Repairs Administrator

Temporary, 2-3 months+

35 hours pw (8am-4pm)

£18.50 Umbrella or £14 PAYE + holiday

Hamilton Woods are working with a housing association to recruit to a Repairs Administrator on an initial temporary basis. 2 days a week will be required in their offices, with 3 days from home.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:

• Liaising with tenants, inspectors and engineers with regards to repairs
• Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
• Ensuring databases are kept up to date regarding repairs
• Opening and closing down work orders
• Raising purchase orders and invoices
• Managing all associated administration
