Housing Assistant

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Nottinghamshire to recruit for a temporary Housing Assistant to support their Rent Arrears Team. Some home working will be available.

Responsibilities of the Housing Assistant include:
• Assisting the Rent Arrears team with general administrative duties
• Taking rent arrears payments over the phone
• Contacting tenants in low level arrears
• Issuing and creating arrears letters
• Keeping up to date customer records
