Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer for a public sector organisation, on a temporary 12-month basis. The required hours for the post are 17.5 hours a week over 3 days. Some home working will be available.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer:
- Delivering an intensive housing management service to tenants
- Completing regular inspections of communal areas
- Carrying out regular H&S checks
- Ensuring void targets are met and void turnaround is minimised
- Completing tenancy sign ups and preparing new tenancy packs
- Managing low level rent arrears
- Investigating and resolving low level ASB issues
- Completing home visits to tenants
- Managing breaches of tenancy
Requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
- Clear enhanced DBS within the last 3 years
