The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client in Burton upon Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy distribution environment, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and products around the warehouse and yard areas
• Stock allocation and replenishment
• Completing relevant paperwork and scanning duties
• Following all health and safety procedures on site
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
