The Role:

The Best Connection are looking for a project supervisor in Bristol. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation and de-installation of products and associated equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and regulatory standards.

Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project, you will attend pre-start and site meetings, provide progress updates, manage communications, and complete project handovers, including obtaining customer sign-off. The role includes inspecting units before collection, documenting any damage, and liaising with service centers and third-party suppliers to ensure the correct materials and equipment are available.

You will execute project plans under the guidance of the Project Delivery Manager or Project Manager while ensuring compliance with all risk assessments, safe systems of work, operating procedures, and health and safety requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of work carried out by both internal teams and external contractors to ensure it meets the clients, customer, and regulatory standards. You will also manage the correct use of stock and equipment, ensuring the necessary parts are available for each project.

Shift Times:

·        07:00 to 15:00, although flexibility is required

Overnight Allowance:

·        £25 per night when staying away is required

Interview Process:

·        First-stage interview via Microsoft Teams

·        Second-stage face-to-face interview in Bristol

Interviews are scheduled to take place during the week commencing 12 October 2026.

Essential Requirements:

·        Strong IT skills are required to use laptops and handheld devices for recording daily work plans and communicating with customers.

·        Gold Card Supervision qualification

·        Previous experience managing both people and client relationships
