Job Summary/Introduction

We have partnered up with a leading Governmental Entity based in Dubai who is looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager.



Description

The role requires a Senior Business Development Manager who can develop & execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through identifying prospect listings.
Increase Market penetration within the Industry by identifying and target prospective clients including brokerage firms, investment banks, institutional investors, and other financial institutions, to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Listings
• Lead the development of organization as a local, regional, and global listing destination for multiple asset classes (Equity, Debt, Derivative and others).
• Support and hand-hold potential listing applicants through organization’s listing process.
New Business Development
• Responsible for the development of new business opportunities, markets, and products for the organization.
• Responsible for the development of new revenue streams.
Existing Business Development
• Responsible for the development of business opportunities, markets, and products for the organization from existing stakeholders.
• Responsible for the expansion of growth of existing markets and products.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to engage market participants in existing and new Products, Markets, and initiatives
Stakeholder Management
• Responsible for setting and spreading the value proposition of the organization in events and forums.
• Responsible for existing stakeholder management including issuers, vendors and other business partners.
• Responsible for obtaining regulatory approvals for initiatives from the regulators in collaboration with internal team.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Review and implementation of the Listing Process.
