Metal Polisher – Birmingham

£14.00–£15.00 per hour | Temp-to-Perm

Hours: Mon–Thu 7:00am–4:00pm | Fri 6:00am–2:00pm (early finish!)

Join a well-established, specialist manufacturer in Birmingham producing outstanding finishes on metal components for architectural, commercial and heritage restoration projects. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced Metal Polisher ready to build a long-term career with a respected name in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Polishing and restoring metal components — stainless steel, bronze, brass and aluminium — to a flawless finish
• Removing scratches, blemishes and oxidation using hand tools and polishing machinery
• Working to precise customer specifications and inspecting finished products against strict quality standards
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Metal Polisher, Linisher, Fettler or Metal Finisher
• Confidence with polishing machinery and hand-held tools
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term role — not just a temp job
