We are currently recruiting 2 experienced VNA Drivers on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics company based in Minworth, Birmingham.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability and genuine career progression for the right candidates following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently.
• Picking and moving paper goods within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and health & safety.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous VNA driving experience and a valid VNA licence/certificate.
• Experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• HLOP (High Level Order Picker) experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work night shifts.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
