FLT Counterbalance Drivers - 2 Shift Rotation Available. 2SR Shifts are 05:45-13:35 rotating every 2 weeks with 13:15-21:15

• Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Load / Unload within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with all health and safety standards.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and recording stock movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Pay Rates for FLT Counterbalance Drivers:

• £16.34 2SR Rotation
• Roles have competitive overtime after 37.5 hours and weekends
