HGV Class 2 (C) Day Driver - Saltley

Location: Saltley, Birmingham - B8

Job Type: Part time / Flexible

Shift Pattern:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Start time: 07:00am - 08:00am
• Shift Length: Typically 8–9 hours

Position Overview

 

We are seeking Class 2 (C) Drivers to join our client’s logistics operation in Birmingham.

• 4-8 Palletlised Deliveries
• Light handball involved in offloading, pump truck provided
• Deliveries are local to the West Midlands
• Ongoing, Full weeks and Flexible days available
• 2 Years Experience Required, this is for insurance purposes only.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned delivery routes safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines and driving regulations.

Pay Rates (C Licence Required)

• Class 2 Driver - Days -Monday to Friday - £15.00 per hour

Requirements

• Valid C1 (7.5t) driving licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• 2 Years Experience Required, this is for insurance purposes only.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of assisting with unloading
• Reliable and punctual
