For an international company located in Zaventem, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Accounts Payable employee to join the team. Your tasks as a Junior Accounts Payable employee:

In this role, you will support the Finance team with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including:

• Processing and recording supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Reviewing and posting employee expense reports
• Assisting with basic accounting entries in the ERP system
• Ensuring proper filing, archiving, and documentation of financial records
• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Finance team
• Supporting the creation of purchase orders and monitoring approval workflows
• Assisting in the preparation of surveys and reports for the National Bank
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes
• Contributing to ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed

The ideal profile as a Junior Accounts Payable employee:

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Initial experience in accounting (through an internship or student job) is an asset, but not a must
• You are eager to learn more about accounting processes and ERP systems
• You work accurately, in a structured way, and are keen to develop your skills
• You are proactive, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your work
• You have strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
• English is the main working language; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
