We are currently recruiting HGV Drivers on behalf of one of our well-established clients. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers to join a busy and growing operation.

The successful candidates will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely and efficiently while providing a high level of customer service. A variety of shifts may be available, with ongoing work and potential long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

HGV Drivers - Details: 

• Monday to Friday various start times between 05.00am - 10.00am start 
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity following successful trial period 

HGV Driver - Rates of pay: 

• Basic pay rate - 19.00 per hour 
• £28.50 for any hours worked after 40 hours per week

HGV Driver - Job description: 

• General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from the customer's premises or other locations 
• Delivering products on behalf of the customer 
• Use of electronic POD and up to date technology (full training provided if required) 
• Assisting with loading and unloading if required 
• Good communication and customer service 

HGV Driver - Requirements

• A full UK C/C+E licence (essential) 
• No more than 6 points on your licence 
• No previous disqualifications (DD,TT,DR,CD,IN) 
• Good knowledge of drivers hours and WTD regulations
