7.5T Driver – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start.

Location: Andover, Hampshire

Salary: £35,000 per annum (£15.00 per hour)

Hours: Monday to Friday – No Weekends

Start Times: 03:00–07:00

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a 7.5T Driver to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced driver looking for stable Monday-to-Friday work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role:

As a 7.5T Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to construction sites within approximately a 50-mile radius of Andover.

Your duties will include:

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and responsibly
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Assisting with loading the vehicle each morning
• Loading and unloading goods, including handballing
• Delivering goods safely and professionally to customers
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing excellent customer service
• Planning routes and ensuring deliveries are made on time

Requirements for this role:

• Valid UK driving licence with C1 (7.5T) entitlement or above
• Previous 7.5T driving experience is preferred
• Comfortable with handballing and manual handling
• Good geographical knowledge
• Good route-planning skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
