The Role:
Responsibilities:

o Responsible for understanding the unique requirements of our clients, and provide appropriate Infrastructure & cloud solutions and architecture designs
o Design and develop solution for RFP/RFIs & proactive proposals. Support client workshops and proposal defense
o Design technical architecture for Dev Ops tools implementation and integration; lead technical sessions on evaluating existing Dev Ops landscape or lack thereof; lead sessions to build consensus on gaps, solution options, target operating model, and recommendations and evaluate gaps in related to Dev Ops best practices
o Closely work with our clients to ensure their cloud architecture is successfully implemented by assisting them in building their applications and services on Cloud platform
o Design a solution for our clients in migrating their existing IT system onto Cloud
o Responsible for development of workable prototypes and testing
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product vendors, other third party service providers and the customer in the strategic design process to translate business needs into enterprise level solutions
o Determine the availability and viability of third party components and services as needed
o Validates third party components comply with established core system architecture. Develop and design specifications for integration, products and technologies
o Developing robust architecture design and functionality
o Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code
o Training client personnel on the usage and administration of the proposed solution

Requirements :
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subjects
• 15+ years of IT experience in IT Infrastructure with 5+ years of experience in architecture and design of deploying Enterprise applications on cloud platforms; Strong knowledge of Virtualization, DevOps design patterns, processes and best practices
• 5+ years industry experience in Dev Ops architecture related to Continuous Integration/Delivery solutions & Platform Automation
• At least 10 years of system level architecture experience is a plus. Preferably in Linux, windows, Middleware, Cloud and Distributed Environment platform
• Minimum 10 yrs. of experience handling Application Build, Configuration Management, Deployment & Release Engineering
• Knowledge of any one of scripting languages: PS, python, ruby, shell, PowerShell
• Hands on Experience in some of the standard Dev Ops tools: Open Shift, Jenkins, Jira, Git, Nexus, Nexus IQ, etc.
• Must have architected solution and deep expertise on Cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS etc.), setting up CI-CD for PaaS (Cloud Foundry, OpenShift etc.)
• Infrastructure provisioning experience using Chef, Ansible
• Experience of virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
• Awareness of latest trends in Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud and Service model transformation initiatives
• An established track record of delivering, preparing RFI/RFP response, technical solutions for systems integration & consulting engagements in DevOps, Virtualization, cloud solutions
• Industry recognized certification in DevOps and Cloud
• Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of cloud solutions
• Hands-on Experience in tools for building, changing, and versioning cloud infrastructure
• Experience in Cloud Security solutions and Security Best Practices
• Expertise in Infrastructure capacity sizing, costing of Cloud services to drive optimized solution Architecture; experience in Compute, Storage and Data services, RDS setup and Configuration
• Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of deployed application on cloud
• Experience in network protocols and services
• Integration of cloud services with on premise technologies
• Experience in using industry leading tools and technologies for cloud management (monitoring, patching, backup, log file management, end point protection, IDS, IPS etc.)
• Experience in Configuration management tools
• Experience in planning and implementing Disaster Recovery on cloud
• Proven experience with software development life cycle, agile or iterative methodologies
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements like HIPPA, PCIDSS, SOX etc
