Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall profitability and productivity of the Mission Critical Facilities Electrical Engineering design team
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships crucial for sustaining and expanding our mission critical facilities engineering and design group
  • Oversee team operations to meet business goals effectively
  • Provide operational reporting, planning, and insights to support the overall team across the US, Canada, and India, reporting to the Director of Operations
  • Lead project delivery when necessary, emphasizing interdisciplinary design management
  • Apply extensive project delivery experience and multi-disciplinary design expertise to enhance the department's project portfolio
  • Lead technical leads in resource management, focusing on team culture, workload, Health Safety and Environment initiatives, Human Resource policies, and other related aspects

Ideal Candiate:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Possess a Professional Engineering License and willingness to certify drawings
  • Minimum of 8 years' industry experience with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Experience with Mission Critical Projects/Data Centers 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and persuade effectively
