What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be right in the action—running extrusion lines, fine-tuning processes, and making sure top-quality ducting products roll out the door. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and technical know-how really matter.

• Operating and adjusting plastic extrusion machinery like a pro
• Setting up lines - start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers
• Manufacturing products to specification
• Keeping an eye on quality with measurements and visual checks
• Troubleshooting issues
• Performing basic maintenance and keeping things moving
• Tracking production data and process tweaks
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in manufacturing - plastics/extrusion experience an advantage
• A solid grasp of how machines and processes work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good mechanical instincts and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Reliability—especially during long shifts
• Team spirit and a willingness to learn
