• Office-based role, 37 hours per week with flexi start/end times
• Pay rate: £12.86ph

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client where your attention to detail and customer service can genuinely make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing papers, files and court/tribunal documents for hearings, meetings and activity days
• Creating and updating records using an in-house computer system, supporting accurate data input
• Handling post opening and dispatch, general photocopying and filing
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms, creating agendas and joining instructions, and preparing handouts
• Drafting standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports and submissions in line with guidelines
• Clerking civil and family courts and tribunals-making sure papers and materials are up to date
• Assisting court users with enquires (in person, by phone and in writing), supporting listing and rota activity
• Contacting relevant parties, scheduling and serving court documents, and executing warrants where required (including chip and pin)
• Processing casework tasks such as orders, claims and fines/fees administration, working to agreed targets for throughput and accuracy
• Checking and verifying documents, records and statistics against criteria and procedures
• Producing basic statistical analysis reports and supporting straightforward financial processing where needed
• Contributing to team information board (TIB) meetings and supporting continuous improvement using lean-based approaches
What you’ll bring:
• Strong administrative capability with a proven ability to follow guidelines and instructions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills, with a calm, helpful approach when working with the public and stakeholders
• Competence with office administration tasks (filing, document preparation, record keeping)
• Confidence handling enquiries face to face, over the phone and via correspondence
• A proactive mindset-discretion and initiative within set systems, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfort working to workload targets while maintaining high accuracy
