• Full-time office-based initially (37 hours per week), with potential to work from home once suitable (manager decision)

Our Client is hiring for a Litigation Support Officer (EO) role within a Business Manager structure-so you’ll support case officers with administrative and case-work support tasks (there’s no legal or paralegal work required).
What you’ll be doing:
• Provide high-quality administrative and case-work support to case officers within your team
• Prepare letters, court documents and instructions to Counsel using relevant templates
• Assist case officers/lawyers with legal research using data from electronic resources
• Help find, book and coordinate Counsel for advice, conferences and hearings
• Liaise with stakeholders to dispatch, collect and return case documents (including courier arrangements and internal processes)
• Maintain and process electronic records in line with required processes
• Manage documents for disclosure and hearings-collating materials in hard copy or electronic formats as needed
• Support hearing preparation, including liaison with relevant tribunals and courts
• Print/share bundles and manage audio/video files and other administrative arrangements
• Contribute to compliance with Quality Policies and Procedures underpinning Lexcel accreditation
• Support knowledge management activities on the team’s digital platform
• Help deliver strong client care by updating on case progress and responding to requests for management information

• Strong administrative capability with an eye for detail and quality
• Confidence working with electronic records and structured templates
• Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities to support allocated work from start to completion
• Comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders and arranging logistics (including couriers and document handovers)
• A responsible, procedure-led approach to compliance and service standards
• A collaborative mindset-supporting case officers and helping the team run smoothly
