If you’re a naturally organised, proactive professional who enjoys fast-paced work and making sure details land exactly as they should, this is a brilliant opportunity to support a people-focused function within our Client. You’ll work closely with the HEO of the People team, helping keep recruitment activity, workforce administration, reporting, and coordination running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
• Raise and action work orders and contract extensions correctly, to the agreed headcount and timeframes-providing confirmation and updates to the Hiring Manager as required
• Run agreed reports within deadline (e.g., Work Orders) and help resolve any issues quickly so temporary workers can start as planned
• Join weekly calls to track the status of approved vacancies, ensuring Hiring Managers receive regular supplier updates and raising concerns when needed
• Monitor the service from temporary recruitment agencies to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, escalating concerns to the HEO where appropriate
• Produce monthly lists of temporary contracts due to expire, support the approved extension process, and help resolve risks or issues
• Coordinate external training for the Litigation and Employment Group, including booking support, ensuring approvals are in place, and helping get invoices approved within agreed timeframes
• Maintain core staffing sheets for budget discussions-keeping data accurate and highlighting discrepancies or risks
• Support month-end staffing snapshots and contribute to HR-related reconciliation activities by agreed deadlines
• Manage HR SIP reporting by cross-checking information and resolving discrepancies
• Complete invoice checks and ensure related requests (including payment request forms) are processed promptly
• Handle ad-hoc queries and support the PMU when required
What you'll bring:
• Strong organisation and a proactive, “take initiative” approach in a busy, multi-tasking environment
• Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with others
• Intermediate-level Excel and attention to detail for accurate reporting and data checks
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset-able to spot risks, escalate appropriately, and help resolve issues
• Ability to follow policies, standards, procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
