Executive Officer (EO) - Business Management Support
Location: London (SW1P 4DR)
Additional information:
• Working pattern: 60% hybrid
• Pay rate: £17.54 per hour (37 hours per week)

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client and needs a proactive Executive Officer who can keep the day-to-day running smoothly-while helping the team stay on track with deadlines, meetings and key administrative processes.
What you'll be doing:
• Proactively managing Directors/Deputy Directors’ diaries and inboxes
• Drafting correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
• Arranging meetings and supporting visitor escorting when required
• Printing meeting papers and preparing for meetings as needed
• Taking minutes, capturing action points, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Setting up and administering SLT/team meetings (agenda, action progression and follow-through)
• Organising divisional meetings, stand-ups and supporting away-days
• Collating weekly and monthly returns for clearance by Directors/Deputy Directors
• Booking travel and accommodation for Directors/Deputy Directors
• Onboarding new starters to the team
• Providing IT support/training for Directors/Deputy Directors and the wider team
• Keeping the team risk register and databases up to date
• Supporting corporate events/projects (including all-staff events and away-days)
• Covering for other PAs when required (e.g., sickness/annual leave)
• Carrying out other administrative tasks associated with the role
What you'll bring:
• Previous PA experience, with the ability to operate effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team
• A proven track record of meeting tight, challenging deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with staff at all grades
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• A calm, dependable approach-especially in a busy, senior-facing role
