Salary: GBP450 - GBP475 per day
Gibbs Hybrid require an experienced Change Manager with a solid financial services background to support a world leading IT services client on a banking project.

***Initially remote with a commute of 1 to 2 days a week to Knutsford likely in the near future***

Key skills / qualities required in the candidate are as follows:

Leading the transformation agenda by Delivery & Effort Planning, Technical & Functional Specs, and Change Request Management for developing, implementing the people & change strategy

Support the technical team and establish control point that will use the existing data models within Finance (Cost Centre) and HR (Organisation Unit) via simplification of HR and Finance structures/ infrastructure through BU engagement minimizing additional Cost Centre’s.

Support in HR system-related issues to provide information to facilitate resolution, maintaining internal databases and tables, developing custom reports ensuring the upgrade of organizational HRIS and leading the development, implementation, and modification of system requirements (if any).

Work with BU Finance /HR team to design reports and dashboards for reporting people data using available tools within SAP and Finance applications for analysis

Interaction with Multiple Vendor teams for Strategic Management Hierarchy Alignment (SMHA) engagement.
