Programme Directors (IDAM & Data Security) – Top UK Bank – UK Wide
We are seeking two Programme Directors to lead a large-scale Data Centre Migration for a top UK bank. These roles will be responsible for the migration of 2,000+ servers and 300+ applications across multiple data centres.
It is imperative that candidates have experience working with enterprise-level banking clients.
Role 1: Programme Director – IDAM
Oversee the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) aspects of the migration.
Ensure seamless integration of IDAM systems during the migration.
Strong background in security, governance, and compliance.
Must have led large-scale IDAM transformation or migration programmes.
Role 2: Programme Director – Data Security
Lead the Data Security strategy and implementation for the migration.
Experience managing cybersecurity and data security risks in banking.
Expertise in handling large-scale data migrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
Key Requirements (Both Roles)
Extensive experience in managing large, complex data centre migrations in enterprise banking.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to handle highly complex programmes.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, or data security.
A proven track record of delivering high-risk, enterprise-level transformation programmes.
Travel required on an ad-hoc basis – however, the client is flexible on site location within the UK.
Contract Details
Location: UK-wide (ad-hoc travel to various sites).
Rate: To be determined – flexible based on experience.
Contract Length: Likely 6-12 months+.
