Salesforce Business Analyst (Techno-Functional)
Location: Cheshire (2 days per week on-site) - You must be local for the client to consider
Rate: £550 – £595 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 12-month initial contract (likely extensions)
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week
Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services client on a key engagement with a top UK financial services organisation. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, multi-vendor delivery environment.
This role requires a strong techno-functional BA who can operate at pace, engage senior stakeholders, and work closely with Solution Architects to shape and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution approaches
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to support solution design and delivery
Facilitate sprint ceremonies including Show & Tells (demos) and support UAT activities
Operate effectively across multiple teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations at all levels
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong Business Analysis experience within Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
Proven experience working across multiple Salesforce projects
Ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity – bridging business and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio
Exposure to financial services, ideally within B2B processes
Ability to work autonomously with minimal hand-holding (VP-level capability)

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Cheshire 2 days per week
