Communications Manager (CommsManager) London, England

Gibbs Hybrid are supporting a world leading IT services client on their search for an experienced communications manager with a background in financial services. Due to the nature of the contract, you must have recent financial services experience (in the last 2-3 years)
Ideally London – 2 days p/week. Would consider North West England, or Northampton.
12 months
Rate: £400 per day (inside)
Length of contract: 6 months initial contract – extensions likely
• Proven experience of working as a Learning and Development Manager٫ Comms Manager, Training Manager, or other relevant position
• Experience of design and delivery of Learning programmes using a variety of effective learning and development methods
• Experience and knowledge of digital design, for example e-learning, infographics, digital collateral etc.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Genuine passion and flair for developing colleagues.
• Strong self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills able to work with stakeholders.
