Gibbs Hybrid require an experienced Business Analyst with a background in storage, servers and hardware to support a World Leading IT Services client on a contract within the Financial Services Sector. Due to the nature of the project, the client has requested that we only submit candidates with solid experience in Financial Services contracts for top UK based organisations.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Cheshire) - Non-negotiable
Day rate: Up to £435 per day (inside) - Non-negotiable
Contract Length: 6 months initial contract – extensions likely

Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed technical and functional requirements for software development projects.
• **Analysis and Documentation:** Analyse complex business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Document current and future-state processes and systems.
• **Technical Expertise:** Possess a strong understanding of technology and be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• **Project Coordination:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• **Quality Assurance:** Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• **Data Analysis:** Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• **Risk Assessment:** Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain open and clear communication with business stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
