Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services client in their search for an Oracle Cloud Financials Projects Lead (Oracle ERP Cloud – PPM) for a government client. To be considered, you must have recent government or public sector experience.
Day Rate: £700–£765 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months (with likely extensions)
Location: Fully remote, with ad hoc travel to UK sites including Birmingham, Manchester, and London as required
The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering a large-scale Oracle Cloud Financials transformation, with a specific focus on the Projects (PPM) module. This is a leadership position, responsible for shaping and implementing Oracle Project Accounting capabilities within a complex, enterprise-level environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud Financials Projects (PPM) module
• Design and configure Project Accounting solutions, including costing, billing, and revenue management
• Establish and manage enterprise structures (ledgers, business units, organisations) aligned to programme requirements
• Configure and advise on security models within Oracle ERP Cloud
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, technology, and programme delivery
• Support integration with wider Oracle Financials modules and upstream/downstream systems
• Provide guidance and leadership across delivery teams to ensure successful programme outcomes
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, with a strong focus on Projects / PPM
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Project Accounting (costing, billing, revenue recognition)
• Experience setting up enterprise structures and security within Oracle ERP Cloud
• Strong programme delivery background within large, complex organisations
• Recent experience within government or public sector environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Additional Information:
• Candidates must be UK nationals and have a minimum of 5 years’ UK residency
• Immediate availability or short notice periods are highly desirable
