Atrium EMEA are supporting a world-leading IT services client in their search for a Technical Business Analyst to join a major financial services programme.

This is a highly specialised role requiring recent banking experience alongside strong technical business analysis skills within security-focused environments.

Location: Cheshire, Glasgow, Northampton or Central London

Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Contract Length: 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £450-£500 per day (inside)

Essential Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Recent experience working as a Technical Business Analyst within a major banking or financial services organisation.

• Strong experience gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements.

• Experience producing testing documentation, defining test scope, capturing test execution outputs and documenting success criteria.

• Experience working on security-related projects and programmes.

• Knowledge or experience of HSMs (Hardware Security Modules), cryptography, encryption, PKI, key management or related security technologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Please note:

Candidates without recent banking experience will not be considered.

Candidates must be willing to attend one of the listed office locations twice per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.

• Work closely with security, engineering and business stakeholders.

• Produce clear and detailed requirements documentation.

• Define testing scope and acceptance criteria.

• Capture and document test outcomes and success measures.

• Support delivery across security and cryptographic technology workstreams.
