Business Analyst (MSAABusinessAnalyst) England
Salary: | GBP410 - GBP475 per day |
Gibbs Hybrid are supporting a major client within the financial services industry in their search for a number of experienced Business Analysts’ for various digitally focussed projects. The projects will run until the end of the year on a remote basis with a possibility of extensions running into 2022.
To provide support to identify, quantify, plan and control business design and analysis related activity in order to support the high-performance delivery of the project/programme.
Key Accountabilities:
· Analysis during project scoping (gap analysis, data analysis, data modelling, key drivers/objectives)
· Stakeholder analysis
· Strategy analysis
· Business partner collaboration to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
· Articulation, captures and documentation of findings & business requirements
· Support the PM for business case / project charters
· Undertake & leverage data analysis for identification of opportunities and recommending options, and associated costs
· Business process analysis & improvement
Desirable skills and knowledge include:
· Demonstrate analytical skills
· Demonstrate ability to manipulate data in MS Excel; proficient with MS Suite of applications
· Broad IT domain experience and basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
· Familiarity with general business functions
· Proven track record of quality outputs/deliverables
· Problem solving and strong communication skills
· Awareness of and ability to apply BA and PM techniques and tools (BCS / ITIL qualified)
· Highly motivated, inquisitive and positive attitude
· Business Analysis of technology and operational change delivery project of over £500K
· Proven ability to deliver to timescales and deadlines
