CyberArk Specialist
Location: Fleet, Hampshire – 3 days per week onsite (mandatory requirement)
Rate: £550–£600 per day
Duration: 12 month initial contract

Our client, a global IT services organisation, is seeking an experienced CyberArk Specialist to join an established Privileged Access Management team supporting a major Financial Services programme.
This role will play a key part in the design, implementation and enhancement of CyberArk solutions, with a strong focus on least privilege access, RBAC design, credential management and secure access governance across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions in line with security and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain Active Directory-defined RBAC structures based on least privilege principles.
• Configure, manage and support CyberArk Central Credential Provider (CCP) integrations.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to onboard privileged accounts and applications.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of CyberArk security controls, policies and standards.
• Participate in technical design workshops and provide subject matter expertise on privileged access management.
• Ensure CyberArk implementations align with Financial Services regulatory and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CyberArk-related issues across enterprise environments.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Experience
• CyberArk Defender Certification (minimum requirement).
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Central Credential Provider (CCP).
• Proven experience building Active Directory-defined RBAC structures aligned to least privilege models.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting CyberArk solutions within enterprise environments.
• Previous experience working within Financial Services organisations.
• Strong understanding of privileged access management, identity security and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly Desirable
• CyberArk Sentry or CDE certification.
• Experience developing and supporting Custom Connectors.
• Experience delivering Hybrid Cloud CyberArk implementations.
• Previous experience within Cards or Payments environments.
Please note that candidates with strong CyberArk engineering expertise and recent Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
