Administrative Officer (AO) - Crown Court 
Location: Birmingham
Pay Rate - £12.86ph
Monday to Friday - Fully on site

Hiring for a reputed client, our client is looking for skilled administrators who can deliver excellent service, keep systems accurate, and support court operations from day to day.
What you'll be doing:
• Undertake administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and conclude hearings
• Provide face-to-face support, handle incoming and outbound calls, and respond to correspondence in a range of formats
• Use service scripts and knowledge articles to signpost users to the right support and provide clear, consistent information-especially for users with complex needs
• Process customer service activity and complaints in line with policies and procedures, responding quickly to prevent escalation
• Keep records up to date, including updating OPTIC as required, and handling case files with accurate data entry and secure information management
• Manage jury service tasks such as selection, deferral, reassignment, and attendance tracking, plus processing related expenses and court fees
• Support court listings and scheduling, including urgent matters and efficient use of judicial time
• Assist with operational support including diary coordination and locally required administrative tasks
• Support enforcement procedures, including financial assessments, fine collection support, and producing basic statistical/financial reports
• Contribute to health and safety operations (e.g., facility checks, issue logging, PEEPs, and key/safety governance under team leader guidance)
