What you’ll be doing:
• Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings, keeping information up to date
• Produce and draft standard documents and correspondence (including minutes, notes and reports) in line with guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and data input on an in-house system, including post opening and dispatch
• Support daily operations by clerking hearings and ensuring materials are available and correct
• Assist court users with enquiries (face to face, written and telephone), helping people navigate processes
• Contact relevant parties, schedule and organise as required, and support listing/rota arrangements
• Check and verify documents, records and information for quality, accuracy and compliance
• Assemble information for reporting and meetings, where source material may need interpretation and adjustment
• Carry out basic calculations and straightforward reporting (including statistics and reconciliation activities)
• Contribute to team problem-solving and help assess the impact of process changes

• Competent computer skills for record keeping and data input
