Programme Support Administrator (Programme Support Teams) 
Location: Durham (North of England)

Monday to Friday - Full time office based

What you'll be doing:
• Supporting the coordination and implementation of specific programme workstreams as part of a dedicated team
• Providing a comprehensive administrative service, including secretariat support for meetings
• Working closely with clinical faculty, University colleagues, business managers, education providers, colleges, and external stakeholders to help deliver consistent programme services
• Using clear, plain language in day-to-day communications and adapting your approach to suit different audiences
• Handling routine information and more complex, sensitive, or contentious updates through oral, written, and electronic channels
• Planning, organising, and prioritising straightforward tasks and activities (some ongoing), working to deadlines with guidance available
• Making decisions within the boundaries of policy and contributing ideas for improved ways of working within your remit
What you'll bring:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and provide reassurance where needed
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with limited supervision, using initiative when appropriate
• Excellent IT skills, including standard keyboard skills
• Calm, effective performance under pressure-especially when juggling competing priorities
• A willingness to learn new skills and support others in maintaining a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment
• A commitment to integrity in all interactions, working in compliance with health, safety, and risk management policies
• Willingness to travel across the region as required
