MOD Medal Office - Wider Service Medal Project Support - Admin Officer 
Location: Gloucester - Temporary position

What you'll be doing:
• Support the processing of medal-related work within a structured team of MOD Civil Servants
• Accurately enter and verify personal/service information into secure systems and digital filing processes
• Carry out quality assurance checks to help ensure names, ranks, and service details are correct
• Manage your workload to meet daily targets and deadlines, even where volumes are high
• Communicate clearly by phone, email, or written correspondence, including liaising with colleagues and verifying information
• Handle sensitive personal data with discretion and professionalism
• Contribute to collaborative delivery alongside experienced colleagues
What you'll bring:
• Strong IT proficiency, confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internal databases, and digital filing systems
• A sharp attention to detail-focused on accuracy and correct medal inscriptions
• Reliable time management and the ability to prioritise to meet targets
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
• Confidence completing accurate data entry and checking work for errors
