We are currently recruiting for production operatives for our client based in Droitwich
Duties will include:
- Following procedures set by team leaders and supervisor
- Ensuring production of dairy products is kept to company standards
- Working in departments such as filling halls ensuring products are filled to said capacity
- Production operatives will be working in a chilled environment due to the nature of the product
- Keeping working area clean and tidy
- Quality checking items
- Palletising items in production
We have various shifts available:
06:00-14:30 and 14:30 to finish
These are temp to perm positions for the right candidate with continued ongoing work from now
Excellent overtime and shift premiums available after candidates complete a successful 12 weeks probation period:
With overtime after 39hours being paid at time and a half
Shift premium of £1.70ph for all hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00 escalating your pay per hour to £9.20!!!
Saturdays are paid at time and a half and Sunday is double time
