Reputable inclusive global insurance corporation is looking for a Talent Development Manager for a 12 month FTC. Acting as an SME you will understand the business objectives to deliver learning and talent development initiatives to drive high performance. Accountabilities

• Delivering learning and development solutions to develop people at all levels
• Organising management and leadership development programmes to support leaders drive performance of their teams inline with company values
• Developing career pathways, key skills and capability and build talent pipelines
• Delivering talent programmes including early careers, driving continued improvement and implementing new programmes
• Providing advice and support on bespoke development solutions across the business
• Involvement in project management various global development and training initiatives

Skills and Experience

• Must have experience of talent management development within a large global commercial company
• Demonstrate a proven track record in the delivery of learning and talent programmes and be used to delivering multiple programmes
• Must have facilitation experience alongside working with 3^rd party providers
• Demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management experience
• Driving continuous improvement
