D&I Partner - Financial Services (AWA - 173377) City of London, England

I have a fantastic opportunity for an interim Diversity & Inclusion Partner for this highly reputable financial services organisation. Working with the Head to implement the D&I strategy across Europe, Middle East & Africa, this is a brand new opportunity where you will really be able effect change!
Building strong partnerships across the business your accountabilities will include:
- Creating and executing D&I priorities, solutions and programmes
- Identifying D&I learning needs and partnering with the L&D team on their professional development strategy
- Working with 3rd party vendors when the need arises
- Reviewing, analysing and interpreting data from a range of internal/external sources, identifying opportunities and initiatives and providing insights to offer innovative solutions to D&I challenges
- Measuring progress against the D&I commitments including their Women in Finance Charter and Gender Pay reporting
- Coordinating and maintaining communication tools including updating the internal/external webpages, sending out quarterly newsletters etc
- Providing ongoing guidance and support to their employee led diversity networks ensuring alignment to the wider D&I strategy
Skills and experience
- You must have the above Diversity & Inclusion experience gained within Financial Services, Professional Services or STEM/Consulting
- You must demonstrate extensive knowledgeable of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and proven experience of implementing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, programmes and solutions
- You have strong analytical experience and a proven ability of understanding data and translating this into insights
- You will be able to work under your own initiative and demonstrate creativity in providing constructive solutions
