HR Continuous Improvement Specialist (AWA - 170194) City of London, England

Salary: GBP70000 - GBP80000 per annum + Benefits and bonus

A forward thinking, diverse global insurance business is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, leading and executing opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the HR function. You will be really adding value to the company creating HR process efficiencies, streamlining process improvement, improving the employee experience and providing a culture of coaching and continuous feedback in relation to process improvement and service delivery. Accountabilities:

  • Reviewing and evaluating HR processes and policies
  • Understanding business needs and making relevant improvements to ensure operational excellence and legislative compliance
  • Defining and creating end to end process efficiency and performance
  • Identifying and delivering service improvements utilising relevant methodologies and innovative thinking
  • Acting as the delivery lead across multiple projects ensuring they are inline to quality, time and budget

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of continuous improvement techniques. Ideally you will have a Six Sigma green or black belt certification, or experience of using this methodology
  • Must have experience of working with and improving HR processes
  • Demonstrate experience leading HR Projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data, providing information to inform business decisions
  • Experience of Workday is an advantage but not essential
  • It is desirable to have experience of Design Thinking/HCD
