Payroll Administrator

Location:  Beaconsfield, England
Salary:  GBP27000 - GBP27000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a company based in Beaconsfield. The Payroll Assistant will be part of a team of 7 to provide a high-quality support service, delivering 46 payrolls across two companies.


  • Delivering multiple monthly payrolls accurately and on time for both salaried and hourly paid employees
  • Ensuring payroll procedures are adhered to in accordance with Company policies and audit guidelines
  • Verifying payroll data within the HR, Pay & Labour Management System, resolving exceptions with Community and staff before interfacing monthly into the payroll system
  • Ensuring Pensions, AEO & HMRC payments are made accurately and on time
  • Answering payroll related queries from internal and external parties
  • Ensuring month end tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring timely and accurate filing and archiving of payroll paperwork

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Previous payroll experience within an internal payroll team
  • GCSE or equivalent level of education
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accurate Good working knowledge of IT/Microsoft Office packages
